For Brain-Trainer for BioEra. Shadowing is a versatile and powerful form of training that allows use of streaming video or use of the computer itself to be used as the feedback. A shadowing window is placed over the feedback screen and darkens or brightens according to how well the brain is doing versus its targets. It can also change the volume of audio in the same way.

Description

Shadowing allows the trainer to stream a movie or video the client enjoys–or to allow the client to work on the computer, answering email, reading or posting on social media, writing or reading documents on the screen. The conscious mind remains occupied with the process, but the screen darkens or brightens (and volume may also change) to indicate to the brain when it is meeting the training challenge. The trainer can control the degree of darkening and volume change, so the feedback is provided without distracting clients from what they are watching or doing.
