Determining cap size:
Using a soft measuring tape, measure around the largest diameter on your head. Start approximately 2 cm above your eyebrows, keeping the tape above your ears, and around the back of your head at the largest point.

Important Product Information
This cap requires 5 or7 electrodes all of the same metal. If you do not have your own electrodes to use, we recommend you buy silver electrodes. You will need 7 for 4-channel training. You may want an extra one or two to have on hand.
