Not connected For old Pendants select as device PN Pendant EEG (even when using Pendant HEG). Unplug the dongle and reconnect. Dongle should blink same number of times as Pendant. If not, change channel on Pendant so they match.

Your setup file should already be saved to your computer and extracted (unzipped). Double-click on the BxShadow .msi setup file. Advance through the setup wizard until complete. You should find an icon shortcut on your desktop to launch the BxShadow application. BxShadow User Guide (1.01 MB)
