Alpha/Theta Troubleshooting

Audio files do not play (BioExplorer)
  • Check to see if audio files are loaded and available. If not, load them yourself and save the design.
    Select Tools | Volumes, double-click on “Chants” audio player
  • If using .mp3 files, replace them with .wav files.
Design fails to open/BioExplorer crashes when opening A/T design (BioExplorer)
  • On another computer that will open the design, remove audio files from audio player and save design.
  • Request the alpha/theta without music loaded. Then load the audio files yourself and save the design.
Thresholds are set to increase slow and fast waves

They are not really increasing the amplitude. The thresholds are set so high that they should never sound unless slow or high activity spike.
