Games unavailable

When the games appear grey, they are not unlocked. The license is not recognized. The following steps should be checked.

1. Close State Changer app
2. Have internet connection
3. Open State Changer. An update will begin in the background. After a period of updating, the next time you open the program, the update should be completed and the games should be available.

Sensor alert

“Gamer” icon at top left of game screen turns red during game play. This indicates artifact.

• Make sure the headset is fitted snugly but not too tightly against the forehead.
• Eliminate extra light from lights or windows in the environment.
• Avoid facial movements like raising eyebrows, grimacing, etc. and other movement.

Headset disconnected

1. Unplug the headset from the computer and plug it in again.
2. Press “Connect.”

If the issue is persistent, try the following sequence:

1. Remove the cable from the USB port
2. Close the State Changer app
3. Open State Changer app again
4. Plug in the cable to the USB port
